Answers to common questions about buying wholesale through KNS Solutions.
How do I request a quote?
Browse the catalog, add the products you need to your request list and set a quantity for each. When you are ready, open your request list, add your company details and send it. KNS reviews it and replies with pricing, availability, lead times and freight.
Why don't you show prices on the website?
Wholesale pricing depends on the products, quantities, destination and freight involved, so we quote each order individually rather than publishing one price for every buyer.
Does sending a request list commit me to buying?
No. A request list is a request for a quotation. Nothing is purchased or committed until you approve the quote and its terms.
Do I need an account?
No account is needed to browse the catalog or send a request. To establish a wholesale account, we may ask for basic business information to verify your company.
What are the minimum order requirements?
Minimum order requirements vary by product, category and destination. They are confirmed in your quotation, and you are welcome to ask about a specific product before you send a request.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We supply buyers across the United States and in international markets, including Latin America. Shipping options, costs and timing depend on the products, quantities, destination and any import restrictions, and are confirmed during quoting.
How do payment and terms work?
No payment is taken on this website. Payment arrangements and account terms are confirmed directly with your KNS contact as part of the quotation.
Can I request a product that isn't in the catalog?
The catalog shows the products currently available to quote. If you are looking for something else, contact us with the product details and quantities and we will let you know whether we can help.
Can I view this website in Spanish?
Yes. Use the EN / ES switch at the top of any page, or in the menu on mobile. Your choice is remembered, and you are welcome to write to us in either language.
